After staining, the iTablet was softly sanded to bring out the highlights in the wood and increase the contrast of the carving. The Chai symbol just seems to emanate off the surface of the wood. Finished in Walnut and rubbed with lemon oil.

Chai - Consists of the Hebrew letters “Chet” and “Yod” and means “living” referring to God and the Jewish people. This symbol figures prominently in Jewish culture.

Symbols of belief, spirituality and philosophy, carved into ¾ inch pine, stained and finished. The inspiration Tablet provides a reminder of who we are and what we desire most in our lives.
